On December 17, 2008, there was a ' Holiday Program ' in the gym of the Chengdu Meishi International School. We invited parents, principals, teachers, special guests, and friends to come and celebrate the holiday season with us. Mr. Dale Goodman, Director of International Programs, gave a speech indicating that all friends were welcomed to come and participate in the holiday festivities.

    Student performances from the International Programs & National Program were given. Refreshments were provided by Peter's Tex Mex and Zoe's Barbeque; our Korean parents set up a stall to help fund our special activities. Everyone could buy some food inside or outside of the gym. What's more, students could play games or enjoy face painting while watching the performances.

    During the celebration, the parents and students had a lot of fun. It added to their cultural awareness and educated them about different societies and celebrations from around the world. It was an unforgettable night for everybody who attended the event.
