China Education Expo Chengdu 2014
Date: 2014-11-03

On October 30,2014, Grades 11&12 students of Meishi International Programs went to Shangri-la Hotel Chengdu to attend China Education Expo.

It was a very significant international exhibition and forum dedicated to vocational and overseas education. It would open huge opportunities for students wishing to study abroad and overseas by featuring extensive services by hundreds of international exhibitors including overseas schools, colleges, and universities, overseas vocational education schools, overseas language training schools and institutions, governmental organizations, embassies and consulates and banking, accommodations and airlines service providers. Over 20 national pavilion's participation included Canada, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the U.K., the U.S.A., France, Germany, Singapore, etc. Those countries highlighted what they could offer to the Chinese students, presenting a world of opportunities for every student who wishes to broaden his/her horizon.

Meishi students wore formal school uniforms and they talked with overseas university representatives with fluent English, which was noticed by many exhibitors who mentioned that Meishi students were very well behaved and they asked very good questions with regard to university applications. We feel very proud that Meishi students gave overseas university reps a very good impression and we hope our students would be accepted by their target overseas universities.
